Q. Who do I contact with media enquiries?

Q. I would like to be placed on your mailing list to receive information regarding your conferences and seminars.

Q. How can I pay for my attendance at one of your events?
A. You may process the payment via our website by selecting the secure credit card option when registering for the event. Please note that all card payments are processed in GBP by our merchant PayPoint. We only accept Visa or MasterCard. You can also pay by sending a credit card authorisation form by fax (please contact accounting@europetro.com and we will send you the form). If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer in GBP, EUR, USD or AED please select this option when registering and don't forget to mention your invoice number when sending payment.

Q. I have problems with registering and/or paying by credit card on the event page.
A. Enable (session) cookies, disable any content filter (both on your local PC and any centralised content filter which are commonly based on the company's proxy-server or firewall); enable your (corporate) firewall to allow unlimited access from your PC to the internet; make sure you use a supported internet browser and enable javascript.

Q. Is accommodation included in the registration fee?
A. No, our fees cover your attendance at the conference and exhibition, documentation, lunch, networking break(s), reception(s) and gala dinner(s). Hotel accommodation is not included but we usually arrange special rates for our delegates at the conference venue.

Q. Do I need a visa to attend your events? If so, do you provide this for me?
A. Some of our events are held in countries that require a visa for your entry. We do not provide the visa itself but we are able to assist with supplying visa invitation letters to support the completion of your application. In many cases, you will need to apply for a tourist visa only. Please check your registration confirmation message for further information or contact the person in charge of the event. You may also email conferences@europetro.com for further assistance.

Q. I have registered to attend your event but can no longer attend. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellations made more than a month before the event will be refunded or credited in full, minus an administration fee of £200. We regret that cancellations made less than a month before the event cannot be refunded or credited. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Q. What language will the conference/seminar be in?
A. The conference/seminar language is English. We provide simultaneous translation at our conferences held in China and Russia.

Q. How can I submit an abstract to speak/present a paper at your conferences?

Q. How much is it to attend your conferences and/or seminars?
A. For full pricing information please see the 'Register Now' section on the event page. You may alternatively contact the event organiser directly using the 'Contact Us' section on the event page. Otherwise, please send your query to conferences@europetro.com.

Q. I am interested in exhibiting/sponsoring at one of your conferences. How can I go about doing this?

Q. I cannot attend your conference but would like to purchase the conference documentation. Is this possible?
A. Yes, you may purchase the documentation for any of our conferences for a fee of 400GBP. We will then send you a link to access the documentation. Please send your request to: accounting@europetro.com providing the conference name as a reference.
